As part of my job, I conduct inventory of live plants and other products at a major hardware/home improvement store. I needed A clipboard that I could basically use as a mobile desk, and this is a really great clipboard. Because it is aluminum, it will dent if it is hit hard enough, but the material is thick enough that it is hard to do.I actually bought another one of these previously at the same store I work at, and I bought this one again because I lost the old one and I loved it so much. It’s built just as well and I expect will last years and years and years.

I have an landscape job and it works great in any element.

I had previously used a plastic clipboard that I loved because it had storage. Over time, the clips to hold the lids closed fell off and it began to crack from UV light. I bought this to replace it and couldn't be happier. It does feel a little on the thin side, but have had no issues on completing my work tickets or manifests that require lots of pen pressure to get through the carbon copies. I've seen heavier duty ones at the store and I always pick them up, place them in the cart, only to go and put it back on the shelf because I can't justify spending that kind of money. I found this on Amazon and ordered it right away. When it arrived, I filled it with my paperwork and went to the jobsite the next day. I've had it a few weeks and it gets tossed around inside the truck and hasn't received any damage. Left on the tailgate in the rain and ruined my paperwork on the clipboard, but the inside was still bone dry. Well worth the purchase and is definitely a step up from the plastic one I used to carry.

we gave these to the doctors at work. They love them. They are perfect for papers, iPads, and other items while moving room to room and patient to patient. perfect gift for doctors.

My own

Overall its not bad but smaller than I wanted. I cannot fit my ipad in it and close it as needed. The different compartments are nice but not large enough to be functional. I find it to be sturdy except the latch is not real secure. I have to bend it back in place as needed. If I had to do it over again, I would choose something made of durable plastic. This is not bad, just not great.

I do outside sales for a major auto parts supplier, my order books were taking a beating, or just getting lost. I have a larger size from my Diesel technician days, but it was too clumsy for the size of the order tablet. This unit is just the right size and holds a note pad for those times when you don't have part numbers and just need to jot things down. It's also sturdy enough to clunk someone in the head if they're getting unruly.

Quite good quality, appears to be durable, good value. Would buy again.

Es muy bonito este portapapeles, bastante práctico porque abre fácil, y las hojas ya no se pierden, tiene un espacio dentro del portapapeles donde puedo guardar una o varias plumas, así puedo traer todo adentro sin desorden.
