Delivered as expected in perfect, fresh state. If we can believe the ingredients label, there’s only high quality, healthy dog food that should go miles in extending our beloved fur babies lives. I landed here after researching the link between high-heat processed kibble, questionable source “meals”, by-products & early canine cancers, as well as a myriad of skin issues. I’ve lost too many of my beloved’s too soon. My “boys” love this food. It’s reasonably priced, convenient, & their coats have never been more beautiful & healthy. Time will tell. Really, it comes down to isn’t it worth it to give them your every best effort for a healthy, long, & loved life when you are 100% all they have in their lives? I do!!!

We use this product as training treats. The dogs love it and it’s easy to break up. We don’t worry about giving too much because it is also a balanced diet so if we do a lot of treating we can cut back on their normal food & not worry about an unbalanced diet. It’s always super fresh & no chemicals or bad ingredients. It’s also a good food for picky dogs. All our dogs love this product. We use all the different protein sources. We love this product!! Highly recommend.

I bought for a extra additive in my dogs food. I had been feeding a different brand, but that brand was no longer available. So I tried this brand and we both (my GS & myself) like this brand better. Bigger chunks & texture & best of all a little less expensive. I purchased two bags at a time to get my dog through a month.

My toy breeds just love this brand, and according to the nutrician label it's a healthy treat.

We love this dog food and so do our dogs! We use this when we can't do raw and its always been good quality. A little goes a long way. One star off because of the inclusion of vegetable glycerin. We'd love for that ingredient to be left out. Otherwise, its great food and much cleaner than any kibble out there.

I’ve been feeding my chihuahua Real Meat brand food for almost a year. I love almost everything about it, particularly the fact that it allows me to feed my best friend quality food that has been raised in a more humane and ecologically friendly way than typical kibble. It actually smells and looks good, which isn’t surprising since the primary ingredients are meat and organs. Moreover, the company is committed to keeping costs low rather than wasting money on advertisers and shareholders.I can definitely say that she loves RealMeat food, but I can’t say whether or not I’ve seen a difference in her as a result. She’s a young dog, so she’s going to be healthy and energetic, regardless, honestly. I can say, however, that her poos are less smelly, and less full of “crap,” if you will. Since she’s only 12 pounds, it’s economically feasible for me to feed her solely Real Meat (a bag lasts 21 days at 1.25-1.5 cups a day), but when finances are tight, I use it as a topper. My only critique is that the beef and lamb versions tend to crumble, making it harder to use as a treat that I stuff in my pocket or into a bag. The turkey version, however, is quite firm, and doesn’t flake easily, so it’s great for travel and treating—albeit with a slightly higher price tag.

I've tried every kind of dog food out there for my picky eater but she would only eat every other day when she was starving. I got a trial bag of this food & she ate everything I put in her bowl. So she now eats well every day, without coaxing.

I have an 11 lb Yorkipoo, Robbie. I can give this to him as food or a treat. He loves it. It would be too expensive to feed him this alone, so I give him a 50/50 mix of this delicious Real Meat air dried food and Solid Gold Mighty Mini Nutrient Boost kibble. He was a whole pound overweight when I started him and adding this food to his diet had the unexpected benefit of reducing his appetite and stopped his overeating. He's not famished, craving the nutrients of real food all the time, so now he's at his optimal weight. Oh...and I cut the pieces up smaller on a cutting board because he's bigger than toy size, but still small with a tiny bite.Update: I realized I was doing a lot of unnecessary work when I put a whole bowl down uncut and Robbie ate it right up. He doesn't mind chewing the whole pieces, in fact it's the ONLY dog food brand I can put down and my finicky eater will eat every time. I've given up on kibble for him and now I just feed him Real Meat Chicken alone. It's costly, but my spoiled baby loves it.
