I’ve used this for a while. Taste is not great but you get used to it. Take with a little dark chocolate & it pretty much masks the taste. Will continue to purchase.

This was recommended by a friend for general health reasons. It arrived promptly. Thankfully, the taste was not bad, just slightly tangy. I add a drop or two to a small amount of water. I take it most every day, being careful not to take too much as this is one supplement that can be harmful if overdone. It’s not possible for me to gauge an effect on my health since taking it for about three months, since it is just one of those things I take hoping it will help ward off future health issues.
