These hanki 's send me back in time of the days spent with my grandpa. Baseball games, picnics, bbq's, tinkering in the garage or around the yard, he always had 2 or 3 on hand. 1stuffed in his pocket and 1 hanging out of his back pocket or overalls pocket. He used them for just about everything you can think of. But he always kept 1 in reserve specifically for himself - white with his initials monogrammed onto it. Special because my grandma embroidered them herself. Maybe material is not as heavy duty as before but craftmanship remains nonetheless. Quality - made in the USA, durability - as hearty as our military veterans who make them, value - you get what you pay for. Been in business for over 50 years - need I say more?

Stop! Do not waste your time and money on other bandannas. Hav-a-hank are still by far the best quality & value: substantial weight, 100% cotton, crisp classic style and non-bleed color, excellent edge stitching. Best of all still made in the USA. After reading reviews on foreign made ones I found the Hav-a-hank and ordered a 3 piece pack. They were well made with a decent thickness. After washing I ordered a 5 piece pack. They do require several washings before begin to get really soft, but after 6+ washings they are all soft enough to be kind to the nose, even when used frequently for a drippy nose.

Same quality as some I bought back in the 60's. A bit stiff even after a few washings... but that speaks to the high quality of the material used. Wrap around your neck.. wrap around your forehead... use in any first aid situation. Durable, reliable... more than I expected.. The blue has not faded after 10 washings...

My husband insists on what we used to call "farmer hankies". It has been hard to find the good ones with real 100% cotton. When folding one of his old ones I noticed the name Hav-A-Hank printed on the edge. Now we have some new ones. Thank you for caring.

I bought these Made in America bandanas because Chinese bandanas never soften up. I have used bandanas since the 1970’s and every single one of them, American Made, would become buttery smooth after several washings. I wore glass eyeglasses decades ago and used those soft bandanas to clean my glasses because they didn’t scratch the lenses. Being soft like that also made them more useful and absorbent for a lot of daily tasks especially mopping a sweaty brow.These Havahanks are true to size and havent’t faded but they are perpetually stiff. Since I ordered a 5-pack about 5-6 months ago I have washed all of them every week and they are just as stiff as the day I received them so they will always be half as useful as they should be.American Made, Chinese Made, what’s the difference? Is there any place on Planet Earth where I can get a soft bandana?Maybe I can use them some day to polish a turd....sigh
