Amazon Brand - Vedaka Popular Green Moong Split / Chilka, 500g

1 month back I purchased almost all Vedaka pulses including Kabuli chana and Kala chana from Amazon because of Pulses' competitive selling price and of Amazon's own brand. Very disappointed with the quality of the pulses. for example, after cooking for almost 1.5 hours in the pressure cooker, the kali urad dal was still quite hard to eat, same goes with chana dal and with almost all the pulses including Kabuli chana and Kala Chana. My suggestion for everyone, don't go with this brand. Can't give it less than one star, my bad

Hi, this product is of good quality. The grains are neat and clean and are of appropriate sizes. No issues of dirt or expired. Overall all good. The pricing could be better. Cheap quality full of stones..Best example for food adulteration..This is the first time I got such a bad quality Dal from vedakaLike in a glass full of dal there were so many stones....I don’t remember, checking any of vedaka dals n pulses every, but this time in the khichdi when we got kirkir, I had to check the dal packet.. and see what i I found..

All the Amazon Brand Vedaka packages are being damaged and tampered with in a strange manner that the entire contents would come out and we are left with no other option but throwing it away. This is the third time I have received the product in a damaged condition.The courier box stays intact,but the package inside gets tampered as if it was cut deliberately.

Appreciate all 'Vedaka' packed products. They are uniform in size, colour and are freshly packed. Though priced somewhat dearer. Prefer steal deals whenever offers are in force and they're competitive with the local prevailing prices...

This is a good quality dal. Neat clean and fresh. But this is not the best. the kernels are not very high quality or the way you will find in case of organic dals. But this one cooks fine.

Less than 0.5 star very bad quality.Mixed with bad quality dal. Half of the dal will remain Raw even after cooking or makeing sprouts. They do not cook.
