EBESTPANEL Touch Screen Display New ATS CTS SRX XTS CUE TouchSense Replacement

Before I bought it, I called a Caddilac service shop to find out how much they wanted to replace the touchscreen. "$1,200" was the reply. I figured buying it on Amazon for $100 was a small price to pay and according to YouTube self-installing was easy. Even if I screwed up, I could still let the Caddilac dealer fix it. If I was successful self-installing it, I'd save $1,100. Long story short, I bought the touch-screen on Amazon and paid a local auto-repair shop to install it for only $135. Savings was $965. It's December and that savings will buy a lot of Christmas presents!

Dealer wanted around $1,500 to replace. I hated and still hate the CUE system and it's navigation so I wasn't going to pay that much to fix it. I heard about this screen and ordered it. That was two years ago. I paid a local garage $150 to install. However, my AM station had severe intermittent static afterwards probably because of a loose antenna wire. The dealer just tuned the station to FM. Now all is well. Who knew AM stations had FM broadcasts also.

Exact replacement for faulty panel in my car. Works perfectly. Took about 2 hours to complete the installation. Dealer wanted about $1700 to do for what I did for under $200.

I was just sure this wasn't going to work. It's a shame that they are faulty. Dealership wanted over $1200. I had a friend/mechanic install it because I was too intimidated to attempt it. It works perfectly!!

I have a 2016 SRX that was experiencing the common issue of the touch screen being no responsive or selecting random radio stations. Please no more Disney Channel!I was a little worried buying an off brand replacement but I saw a video on youtube that showed the same part number of this item so I took a chance. It fits and installs perfectly and most importantly it works! It took about 2 hours to remove the radio, install the new screen, and reinstall.Save the money and do it yourself.

The screen appears to be functioning with the exception of one major flaw. All my on screen apps are scattered over several screens. The simple way to more them is just like an iPhone. The screen willl do everything perfectly except pick up me sliding the apps to the edge of the screen. When I get an inch or so from the edge the apps don’t follow. Dlseems like the edge of the screen isn’t sensing my touch.

It worked. What more can i say except that it saved me about1500 dollars. Nice to have the touchscreen back. This was the second one I tried. First one I bought on ebay (a different source than this one) and tore the ribbon cable first thing. On this one, I put a piece of packing tape on the obvious weak spot and all went well. Thanks!

I purchased the screen and received it promptly. Good quality but did not work. I told the seller and the issue was resolved promptly. I installed the second replacement and it worked perfectly. I received prompt replies and would definitely buy from this seller again..
