Good At Capturing Sediment & Dirt
I always buy these filters for out well water system. They do capture sediment and dirt, while also helping to cut down on the amount of rust in our water. They are packaged well and I usually change them out every two to three months. They are a pretty good price and do the job well. I find that these work better than the pleated filters that we've tried in the past.

Filters sediment
I purchased these filters as replacements for an existing filter. The filter housing is a transparent polymer so the effects of filtration are apparent. These filters work well to remove sediment drawn up from a deep water well.
