It works from Day 1. I have consumed the Product myself.... It actually rids body of unnecessary fat. You will feel better after bowl movement, and can see evidence of fat leaving your body. One should also minimize fat intake so as to allow Himalaya Slim to deliver even better results. Recommended by me, Rajinder Choudhary, age 55. But it for youth also (my first use of this product was almost ten years ago while I kept a pack in my office).
