It does help with privacy while you are doing your errands. It was easy to install. She has already dropped it and it didn't Crack. So the durability is good. I would say the performance overall is a 10. The touch is sensitive but not to sensitive that you make mistakes. It fits great and the price isn't bad. The overall appearance is good. Material it's made of is sturdy. It leaves your phone looking clean. You can see the buttons good. The color is clear. I didn't have any bubbles and the edges lay down.

Mit der beiliegenden Beschreibung für die Montage der Displayschutzfolie lässt sich diese relativ einfach anbringen. Allerdings ist der mitgelieferte Installationsrahmen nicht unbedingt von Vorteil. Ich hatte die Schutzfolie zuerst unter Verwendung dieses Rahmens angebracht, hatte dann aber das Problem, dass die Gesichtserkennung nicht mehr funktionierte, da der Sensor nicht vollständig offen war. Nachdem ich die Displayschutzfolie vom Smartphone abnahm und nochmals ohne Zuhilfenahme des Installationsrahmens wieder auf das Gerät aufsetzte, funktionierte dann die Gesichtserkennung wieder.Besser wäre es, wenn die Displayschutzfolie im oberen Bereich (Kamera und Sensorik) ebenfalls durchsichtig wäre und nicht schwarz.Ansonsten Top und empfehlenswert.

It was easy to install with the provided guide. As it only has glue on the periphery I was afraid that, despite the dot matrix technology, i would have a feeling of the screen protector not touching the actual screen and causing a drop in touch sensitivity.Did not happen! When I press on the center of the glass protector I don't feel any movement and I tested the touch sensitivity with my finger and with the pen and in both cases it worked flawlessly.If you look really carefully you can see the dot matrix pattern when the screen is turned off but you do have to look for it, it is not obvious. And with the screen ON you can't see it even if you look really hard. So overall it looks like a great screen protector, with zero bubbles, full touch sensitivity and great fitting on the Note 8, allowing full use of the Edge panel.I put my heavy duty rubber clam shell case on the phone right after the install and had no problem at all with it. The same case was killing the installation of the sreen protector each time when I used the way more expensive Whitestone screen protector (I ruined 3 of them when putting the phone in the case, even when waiting 24hr before putting the case back). So, overall I am very pleased with this screen protector and I hope it will be durable. I just got it so I cannot vouch about durability! I really like it and the price is right.
