LMNT is, by far, the best electrolyte additive I've ever used. On most Saturdays I do a 13.1 mile long run, and I have found out over the years that I lose a LOT of salt and electrolytes when I run. I add some of this to the water in my hydration pack and it works great. Tastes good, too. Anything left over, I'll drink when I get home, and there is zero coloring to the mix, which means no artificial garbage and it has dissolved thoroughly. It's the only hydration mix I use for my long runs or for rehydration after.

I absolutely love these electrolyte packets from LMNT! I’m currently breastfeeding and drink water all day long, but I still felt like I was constantly thirsty and never truly hydrated. Once I started adding these in, it made such a huge difference. Now, whenever I drink one, I actually feel hydrated and energized instead of still feeling depleted. It’s been a total game changer for me during this stage. The flavors are great, not overly sweet, and they mix really easily in water. I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients compared to other electrolyte drinks. If you’re breastfeeding or just someone who struggles to stay hydrated even when drinking a lot of water, I highly recommend giving these a try!

This was my first time trying electrolytes in general so I did lots of researching and review hunting. The citrus flavor caught me off guard but eventually I was used to it. I like that the salt didn't taste heavy, but I feel like for an everyday supplement the price was kind of high for me so recently switched to the nutricost electrolyte for a friendlier budget.

I sweat a lot when running and never thought of how much salt and key elements I needed to restore after that, this products is high on most minerals that you loose when exercising. The flavours are also amazing, I love the pink one "raspberry salt". All of them have a salty flavour that some people might not like, but trust me they managed to come up with the right mix, not being too sweet or salty!

I suffered for years from severe muscle spasm and cramps. Doctors had been prescribing two drugs, cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) and carisoprodol (soma). The side effects were terrible. I saw a reference to this product online and thought to try it. Almost immediately LMNT went to work and it was like a miracle, my leg spasm and hand cramps disappeared, pain and cramping gone. I almost never purchased this product because all other dietary mineral supplements didn't work. LMNT dissolves instantly in water and I believe this improves the bodies uptake of the minerals, unlike other mineral supplements I used, which appeared to be water insoluble. This is a true story and I'm writing this review as it may help others. I am a outdoors and physically active person, and this is probably the source of my mineral deficits.

I usually get really bad migraines that cause me nausea and the inability to really do anything and taking electrolytes helps the pain minimize and nausea go away. The powder dissolves amazingly no clumping. Sometimes I leave on my nightstand over night and there is minimal settling at the bottom of my bottle. My favorite flavors from this pack are citrus and watermelon. The raspberry flavor does tastes too artificial and I just don’t like it as much.
