Sturdy shoe
My husband wears a size 14 shoe and this fits perfect. It’s a lot sturdier than those blue hospitals shoes. Happy with this purchase.

Size is X-LARGE! And no rocker bottom.
Title is misleading -- the size is EXTRA LARGE, not XS (extra small). Would probably fit a men's size 10-13 shoe. Also, the product photo is misleading: there is little to NO rocker in this shoe.Returned.

I use it to keep my weak foot on the pedal of my tricycle.
I put a lot of wear and tear on these boots. I am Hemiplegic and ride an electric tricycle. The boot allow me to keep my foot on the pedal and gives something stable to push against. They have held up remarkably well. At the price I don't expect them to last all that long, but I am very happy with them.

Great post op short boot
Great post op short boot more flexibility than the rigid hard tall boot after cast was removed. Good for transition because foot/ ankle still too swollen for regular shoe, need foot to move better as if in a shoe. wear Mens 11 Wide- the XL has an extra inch past big toe. got L and my big toe is right to the edge but not hanging off. Both sizes work for me without being too big /small.

Help in a time of need, while in Transition.
I recently had some surgery through the VA, and was in a cast for six weeks; told to not stand on or try walking on the left ankle after surgery, I used a Knee Walker (scooter) also issued by the VA to get around on (much better and more accessible than a wheelchair) getting out and around.Near the end of the three weeks, the surgeon changed my cast, took out most of the staples and said I was healing well, warned me not to overdo anything still. A week or so later, I was feeling pretty spunky and felt I could bear some of the weight on the ankle without harm, so I ordered this cast boot to help me protect the cast and allow me to use a walking cane to help keep most of the weight off the ankle, very happy to say that after two more weeks the surgeon took out the rest of the staples and than the cast off completely; and declared I could then advance to using a walking boot, for a couple of weeks and than graduate to normal shoes if I watched how I walked and not to twist but step when changing direction (less torque on the ankle) .This boot helped me greatly in that transition time, and am happy to recommend it.

Too many long straps
The boot works okay I didn't like the long straps hanging to the side. At the top of the boot the straps need to be shorter
