Great breakfast with toast bread, eggs and wash it with orange juice and I am good to go!

Can't Go Wrong with Spam
I was raised on Spam and still find it my go-to for a quick breakfast, sandwich or cracker snack. With the "Lite" version, it is almost guilt free. The delivery was prompt, the expiration dates are three years away; what's not to like. Get a couple more cases and I'm prepared for a nuclear winter.

Spam Life Hack
Life Hack! Chop up into tiny cubes and fry in the bottom of an Instapot til crispy. Keeps ur stove clean and when Spam Lite gets crispy like this, it's better than canned ham for soups & stir-fries. Who needs a whole ham for 1 pot of soup?

食感が別物
脂っこさはだいぶ減った印象ですが、その分旨味も減っています。 食感もオリジナルに比べ、硬いような印象です。 硬いといっても噛めないとかそういうレベルではなく、 オリジナルに比べ多少歯ごたえを感じるとか、その程度ですが。 私はスパムを、油を使わずフライパンで焼き 醤油、みりん、出汁で味付けをするという方法で調理しています。 こうすると独特の美味さを出す、ハズなのですが このLiteで同じ調理方法を試してみたら、 あれ？こんなはずでは････ という味と食感になってしまいました。 今回は健康に留意してLiteを選びましたが よく考えてみれば、この手の食品は食べるとしても、たまになので 今後はオリジナルの方で味わいを優先したいと、考えを改めました。
