I liked that these are easy to charge with USB, they connect well and easy to apply to the skin. I use a wet wipe if im not fresh out the shower. They can be very relaxing or very intense if you have it on high power. I am feeling the burn!

All round good, only let down intrusions are not written out properly and no pictures to show how to position them, writing very small

Bought this for my son. haven't had it that long yet but he really likes it and has been using it daily.

Have had this a matter of weeks and already it is not working. I have had to replace the pads after only a few uses as it starts to burn the skin and now the power seems to have dropped off even after fully charging the power pack - waste of money and painful as the pads are not good quality compared to others.

It’s very easy to use , as silicon on the back so sticks to your abs straight away , has different levels on how to use it . Is usb chargeable, and when you use it you feel every part of your abs .

The product in itself is good but the main problem is that the instructions are very badly written so you don't really know how to use it properly!

Only issue I have is that the writing in the instruction book is tiny and very difficult to read

Used this once and after 10 minutes, one of the arm bands stopped working. I’m not sure if they’re all rubbish or this particular one is poorly made? But nothing beats actual exercise to loose weight and tone up! Save your money and workout the proper way- with exercise!
