These melatonin tablets work really well for me. I like that it offers both immediate and extended release—helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep longer. No groggy feeling in the morning. I love this version of melatonin, I don't take any other. As someone with high functioning autism, we can be deficient in melatonin, and I struggle w sleep. This supplement allows me to fall asleep easily and stay asleep through the night. Both of which have been an issue, prior to finding this product. My obgyn actually recommended this! This product works great! I struggle with sleep. So I have searched for melatonin that work the best. The greatest thing about this one, is it’s time released. I am sleeping the best I have in a long time! Nature essentials also is great with keeping you informed about their products and how they work.

I haven't slept well in years and had resorted to taking Zanax before bed every night. While Z works great, it's really bad for you and I was always looking for a before solution. I FOUND IT! Now I fall asleep quickly and have never been groggy the next morning. I still wake up once in a while, but I usually fall back asleep in a few minutes. I find that you shouldn't take it and stay up to read etc, as you may miss the first "dose". Take it when you are ready to sleep. This product has really made a difference in my life.

My doc prescribed 2 to 3 mg of Melatonin to sleep at night. He said to get the slow release version. I used this for a year and it did help me get drowsy before bedtime and if I woke up, I went back to sleep right away: Pure Encapsulations - Melatonin-SR The trick is to take it just as the sun goes down. then the body uses the small amount of Melatonin in the pill to ramp up its production of Melatonin. Then, the pill slowly releases the rest of the medication throughout the night unti in the morning, it is all used up and there is NO GROGGINESS. It got hard in the summer when the sun didn't go down until almost 10:00pm! So, I thought I'd try this brand.... ahhhh....NO! TOO GROGGY!!! But now that the sun is going down earlier, I am going back to my original Melatonin 3mg SR. I may try Pure Pure Encapsulations Best-Rest Formula 60c. If It works, I will report that HERE! BOTTOM LINE: THIS VERSION, however, has WAY TOO MUCH MELATONIN!! WAY TOO GROGGY IN THE MORNING!!! Plus I woke up and STAYED AWAKE for hours on this stuff, finally falling asleep, but OVER-sleeping!!

Highly recommend this melatonin. It works extremely well to help go to sleep and stay asleep.

This melatonin is the best one in 10 mg that I have used. It seems to be well absorbed as well as truly time released. Have purchased several times and will continue to buy.
