These were so valued. Originally needed for sudden knee injury but theyre also great to keep you cool. Bought as gift and the receiver said they were brilliant. Pack of 5 i think. Good value

This is a great product. I used it as a cold compress on my knee (which I’ve injured) and it really helped.

I've now used these (as cold packs) several times and I would happily recommend them. Thanks to having shingles (on my face), several times per day I currently get a burning sensation in the skin on my neck and collarbone area. Ice itself does very little for me but these cold packs bring my skin temperature down and, with one twenty minute session, I get relief for up to two hours. You can put these in the freezer for two hours but they can be cold enough to give some relief even if they have only been in the freezer for 20 minutes. It's handy to have two because one can be in the freezer while you are using the other one. They must be wrapped in some sort of cloth because otherwise you could risk damaging your skin but a tea towel does the job perfectly. They are a good size for my needs and I like that they are malleable.

Great size for using on smaller areas. Found it very good when used as a cold pack, out of the freezer, however first time I tried to use it as a heat pack and despite following the microwave instructions, gel started leaking out the seam. Unfortunately the return window had passed and the pack is now in the bucket. Shame, really as I liked it's compact size and effectiveness as a cold pack.

Bought this Koolpak Luxury Hot & Cold Reusable Pack (oval) back in December and it’s hardly been used since. Typical that when I actually need it, I’ve found the gel inside has started leaking. I appreciate it’s not the most expensive product, but I would have expected it to last longer than a few uses. Pretty disappointing overall.

Très bon produit, qui passe au micro-ondes (ne pas dépasser 1min de chauffe et 650W de puissance) et se met également au congélateur. Le froid permet de soulager les contusions, bleus, entorses etc, et le chaud, quant à lui, va apporter un soulagement aux muscles endoloris ou contractés, aux crampes et aux règles douloureuses. La poche est épaisse et très flexible, ce qui permet de bien la "mouler" sur la partie du corps désirée. Attention cependant : il y a une seule poche dans le colis, et non deux, comme pourrait le laisser penser la photo de l'article. C'est juste qu'il y a une face bleue et une face rouge ;)

Item freezes completely when left in freezer. I thought it would still be malleable.

J'en ai commandé 2 et l'un est défectueux dès la troisième utilisation. Il fuit par les bords. Je ne les ai utilisé que en version congélateur.
