Not the Callebaut I love!
The flavor was intense, very grainy though, not good mouth feel!

High quality
These are high quality chocolate chips. Highly recommend. King Arthur Flour also uses these. They make excellent brownies.

Not the same chocolate
I have been buying Callebaut callets for more than five years. I decided to try purchasing a smaller quantity through Amazon instead of the 22 lb bag that I normally purchase. What I received was not Callebaut callets! The shape is not the same, nor the taste of quality.

Such high hopes...
Was super excited to receive my chocolate, tasted yummy and set about making my Easter candy molds. Molds came out fine, but after three days in wrappers the chocolate became very gritty and started turning a whitish color. The reviews very so good that I thought I had a winner, but NOT! Not a smooth melt in the mouth. I inquired before I purchased the chocolate if it could be used in making molded candy and was told yes. I used it in a Wilton candy melter and molded as usual, not at all happy with the resulting smoothness of the chocolate.
