I am using it to make a tablet holder.

I needed a piece 24 inches long. This ten inch piece was of no use for my current project. I’m hopeful that I will have a use for this ten inch piece with a later project

Not an expert on 1"x2" aluminum tubes but these hit all the required attributes.

Used to make a coin slot on a homemade "slot" machine. Worked good.
