Great Scale & Great Company
Great Scale & Great Company. Purchased 3 scales over a 2 month period for our factory. 1st one was a48" X 48" - We liked it so much we purchased another 48" X 48". Then we needed a larger one and purchased a 60" X 60". They work great. I also called the plant twice and spoke to the owner who was very helpful as we needed these asap. We will keep buying them as long as they are like this.

Excellent product and stellar customer service!
I accidentally ordered a 1000lbs scale (needed a 10000lbs). Seller contacted me immediately and walked me through how to re-calibrate the unit to 10k. Awesome customer service and the unit works perfectly. Planning on ordering more in the future :)
