Poor finish
The item is very poorly finished. I had to get a painter and paint the whole thing again as the finish was very bad and rough. Even the twist plate was not smoothened out around the edge. One can get cut if not careful. Quality of finish needs a big improvement. Better to charge more and deliver higher quality is my advice to the supplier.

Nuts and bolts missing
Product was received. But nut and bolts are not inside the box. I purchased 4 nuts and bolts, and cost of Rs.40/-
