It really made the pain go away I walk about 6 miles a day at work in Allen Edmond shoes and they aren’t great for comfort. I wear the toe separator all day and the brace at night then sleep with my foot free.

Difficult to wear with shoes. It does assist in "training" the toe to go back but can only wear it when you're not really doing anything.
