This has the best fresh minty flavour out of any toothpaste I've ever tried, and it's a beautiful smooth proper gel toothpaste, very suited to treating gum disease, and I have bad gum disease, there's only one tiny down side, it's missing that beautiful blue contrast colour you see with most gel toothpaste, it looks a rusty red/peach/pinkish, almost like the colour of blood when mixed with the froth generated when brushing, so it's difficult to tell if it's blood you're seeing or just the gel's colour, but currently despite this, it's still the best, and my favourite, number one choice of gel toothpaste, I've been on a mission to find the best gel toothpaste, since my previous gel toothpaste was discontinued, I love this, to make it perfect it need only be coloured blue or dark green for contrast, so it's easier to tell if the gums are still bleeding or not, without such intense rinsing, so I give this wonderful gel toothpaste a five star rating 😊 Number #1

It worked for the issue I had and it doesn't bother my sense of taste, I recommend it
