Good quality, put together with quality material and looks good. Easy to assemble. I have received many compliments. Customer service terrible for shipping, had to call several times to receive my purchase!

Great product, great customer service
Had an issue in shipping, but thanks to the superior customer service everything looks great. I would recommend this product for any who want a very classic looking fireplace mantel that is easy to install.

to much weight for one box
When I got the box it was ripped open on both ends, the almost all of the pieces that were glued were busted off each other. Spent half of the dayr regluing and nailing them back together, a few scratches, but I does look OK now, they need to break it down in to a couple of boxes so it's not so heavy for ups.
