I have a Sears 5 burner (17 inch) grill and Sears wanted $53 for each burner. That would amount to about half the original cost of the grill. So I bought a 3 and a 2 set of these and installed them today. You'll need to be careful in setting the length to ensure that where the pipes overlap (male and female pieces) the little gas holes line up. So what I did to ensure that holes stay lined up (some insurance against vibration, etc., and thus block gas release), I set the lenght, then threaded a piece of stainless steel wire through one of the holes and bent each end down to lock it into place to keep the tubes from rotating, then I tightened the screw. The holes stayed aligned. I figured losing one hole out of about 50 or 60 wouldn't make any difference. I fired it up and it worked perfectly. Factoring in shipping and handling, all 5 cost me 10% of what Sears wanted. I rarely write a review. This was such a good deal and product I was compelled to report this success.

Worked great! I have a customized grill, the manufacturer went out of business years ago. I've had a difficult time replace the cast iron burners. I found these adjustable types and they work just fine, for a fraction of the price of other cast iron types. NOTE! These obviously are NOT cast iron and are even better. The flames work fine compared to what I had before and the heat level is just as good. I bought 4 pieces all together. They DO ADJUST TO 19" as there was some confusion about that in earlier reviews. ANYONE CAN DO THIS (Ladies do not be intimidated by this). All you need is an average size screwdriver and some common sense to extend the length of the pipe. I installed all four new burners in my grill in less than half an hour. A minor adjustment is made by simply unscrewing the adjustment screw, pulling the burner out to the length you need, then tighten the screw back up. Done.

I have a Napoleon Triumph 410. The burners were really rusted out after 3 years of use, as you can see in the first picture. I tried the replacement parts from the seller, but the price was outrageous. These replacements fitted perfect on my grill. The only problem I had was taken out the old rusted ones ( and I had to make new roles to fix the new, but was no big deal). And they worked fine with the ignition system. I just cannot vouch for the durability yet, because there's only been 3 days since I replaced. For now, couldn't be happier.

Very good product. Works great. Unlike other reviewers these worked with my electric ignition no problem. Only thing is that after 6 weeks of use I see significant rust on them.

Perfect solution to refurb my Kenmore grill. Easy installation because of adjustable length feature. Bonus: All the holes lined up for both the crossover tubes and the igniter.

Fit my Charbroil grill great & was a third of the price of the local hardware store. Even the igniters still light the grill. Great deal. Grillin again.

This burner worked perfectly for a Maker's Mark Grill from Sam's Club. The price is the best online and I will purchase more of these to keep on hand.
