With a wider rack it will easily fit 12x1/2 pint and if the rack is lower ...
100 kPa working pressure (15 PSI). 8.5" ID.I have a 7.5" steaming rack that sits about 2" off the base. Fits 10x1/2 pint jars, 5xpint. With a wider rack it will easily fit 12x1/2 pint and if the rack is lower 10xpint. I don't own quarts but it should fit 4. By far the best volume at it's price point, time will tell if it holds up to use.edit: Bought some quarts. Fits 3 with my 7.5" rack, might fit 4 with a larger one but it's going to be tight.

Poor quality control
The media could not be loaded. I am used to working with pressure cookers. This one has a defect. The little thing on the top keeps going off, see video.I will have to replace it!

It literally fell apart in transit. Arrived with a partially disassembled handle. 0/10 would not recommend
