Received the item on 19/10/19 through Amazon well in time with good offer, Firm installed on 20/10/19. It had 2defects. 1) Experienced thrice of no output of water 2) Observed leakage of water drop by drop from red pipe on 3rd day. So I ordered for replacement. Amazon immediately replaced on 30/10/19. But for reinstallation firm denayed. So installed the item myself. Now the geyser isworking verygood. Cut off very good. Retention of heat good.No other problems. Thanks to Amazon.

Product is good but warranty not as shown here
The warranty mention here on overall product is 3 years and 8 years on inner tank but on warranty card its given only 2 and 7 years respectively

Item delivered was not the ordered one
My order was for vguard water heater pebble Metallica white and violet colr, whereas I was delivered ivory and cherry red pebble. What should I do now? Please advise before installation.
