IbanezArtcore Expressionist AG95QA - Dark Brown Sunburst

The Ibanez Artcore is a great buy and came fast. The boxing up was double and it came set up perfect!! I got nothing bad to find with anything about this . --UP DATE - The guitar was a very favored gift by a 12 year old guitar player I taught a little to 5 years ago to get him started. He kept going, so well deserved! Everyone likes the looks of the guitar.

I bought this for my husband's Birthday and he loved it. I am not a musician but it sounds really nice. Very pretty guitar just like it looks in the pic. I would buy again.

Overall, a beautiful-looking guitar, the alnico pickups (P58's) sound vintage, especially for jazz. However, there were two issues with the guitar. The first one - tuning - very unstable. I replaced the tuning heads and the tuning stabilize. I had buzzing above the 12 fret (High E and B strings). Replaced the bridge, problem solved. Now the guitar stays in tune and no more buzz from the strings.

I have this in lefty. Looks like it has ebony fingerboard, which is nice at this price point. A nice, 3 piece thin maple neck, with the usual Ibanez neck joint carve. ( Not a "volute" per see, but it nicely reinforces the neck joint where it would be prone to breaking if the guitar fell off a stand etc., so that is nice ) .Looks like it had some Gotoh clone tuners, with ugly butterbean knobs. I bought it used, someone already swapped out the tuners to Gotoh already, I just replaced the buttons with Ivory-ish keystones. The volume and tuner knobs are pretty nice, although a bit "modern" utilitarian looking. For an archtop, understated ebony buttons may be more stylish, but the OEM ones are cool/functional enough that I did not bother replacing them. Laminated top and sides , looks OK but do not expect a stunning fiddleback look, it is just the flat-sawn woodgrain of swamp ash veneer.Came with a floating tune-o-matic bridge, which is IMO the best of both worlds. I swapped out the individual saddles to Graphtec. Still decent sound, but it makes the intonation is easy to dial in.Things I do not like about this guitar: Some annoying buzz. It is not fret buzz, seems some part(s), most likely the pickguard are not fastened perfectly and something tends to resonate/rattle at certain frequencies, when I play it with some gusto. I have added some foam padding here and there, but so far I did not manage to eliminate this. More expensive archtops usually manage to not have this type of problem... sounds pretty good plugged in, I tend to roll off all the highs, to get a bluesy, mild solo tone.I do my best to ignore the buzz, this is my practice guitar and its main function in life is to shelter my more expensive guitars from the wear imposed by daily practice. Eventually, the buzz will drive me nuts, enough that I take another pass to eliminate it, or just sell the guitar. The neck is a bit narrow at the nut, it is 1 and 11/16", I would prefer it to be 1 and 3/4. The Ibanez logo on the headstock and the headstock shape is butt ugly, it screams "cheap". They should really ugrade it to some cooler looking design. The guitar "Likes" heavier strings, I tend to use Thomastic or Pyramid flats.

Chitarra perfetta, stupenda! Arrivata in brevissimo tempo. Sono contentissimo e pienamente soddisfatto.

生音も大きいし、アンプを通しての音の立ち上がりもよく、粒のそろった音がする。ボディーも小振りでネックも手になじんで、初めて弾いた時から、すごく弾き易いと感じた。これで１０万円前後の価格は、とてもお買い得！気持ちよくケニーバレルの枯葉などをプレイしています。

アイバニーズセミアコが良かったのでフルアコも欲しくなり購入しました。セミアコと同じピックアップということもあり似たサウンドになるのかと思いきや全く違うサウンドでした。セミアコでは以外に小さいと感じていた生鳴りが圧倒的に大きくアンプなしでも十分楽しめます。10万円未満でこのクオリティーは感動的　買って大正解でした。
