Must ready for CSSBB test but don't expect a direct answer during exam reference search... I used this along with QCI primer to pass the exam.

It's ok.... Completely based on ASQ BOK... Not sufficient to prepare for Black Belt certification. You may refer it as a complete detailed outline but you will have to refer many reference books. Author's effort is good to provide detailed outline with some basic touch up of the topics.

For the company: Excellent packaging, fast delivery from a India to Germany in less than a week! And replying to my emails within the same dayFor the book, a must have for CSSBB, not enough alone to pass the exame tho. You'll need additional references and research. However i like the way it is organised and it contains all important tables indexes.

Book doesn't look new, look like library quality. Scratches, peeling cover and some area was brush with red color pen. Softcover book and Without CD.Would look for other source if I would have know it earlier.
