Mini Shrunken Head Halloween Decoration 3" Prop, Black - 2 Pack

Yes, this is a cheap shrunken head but it has potential to look pretty cool. The hair bites but can be moved around so that it looks normal. I glued the hair down (lightly) with super glue and used a model shading brown for the skin. I had some white Halloween hairspray and lightly sprayed the hair so that it didn’t look so shiny. I think it will look pretty cool hanging from the mirror of my Jeep.

Just got these in was a bit disappointed, the size is pretty small but doable the biggest complaint is not enough hair on it. In the picture the one on the left is how they came, the one on the right is me making some improvements. A little paint and maybe adding more hair and these should be ready for our haunted carnival Halloween display.

The product has changed! The hair is stitched on in a different way that doesn’t look right! The old way was better. The way the hair is attached now makes the head look like it’s balding and it’s next to impossible to style the hair in a way that even looks halfway presentable.. I wish Loftus would fix the problem and find a more appealing way to attach the hair. Or at the very least, go back to the way they used to do it! The only thing I can think of to fix the ones I received last is to remove all the hair and re-stitch it on the shrunken head myself… even if I mess up, any change will be an improvement compared to the way it is now. The bald areas between the poorly spaced hair on these new shrunken heads are a huge disappointment and a disgrace to the Loftus name. I’ve never purchased any novelties from Loftus that had me this disappointed. It’s a real shame and I hope they do better with product quality control in the future.

Very cheap quality for the price. Would have left 5 stars if they were priced lower. I bought because they looked like one I had as a kid.... and they appear to be made from the same mold, although lower quality, especially the hair.
