Q: Will the 4oz. bottle completely cover a 1/10th scale Truggy body?( Including all 2-3 Coats)

Yes, I used 2 med coats and removed for each color with no problems. I used one bottle for 2 1/8 scale bodies.

Q: Can you peel this stuff off after painting over?

Yes, that's the point of the stuff, but you need to put on at least 4 coats to build up enough thickness to be able to grab on to peel it. It works, but it wasn't as easy as I had hoped. I didn't want to put so many coats.
