Fantastic product for healing
I purchased this product when reccomended by my husband's plastic surgeon. Husband had melanoma removed from his left heal then his skin graft got infected and was healing very slowly. After using a few different products his doctor had us start using the hydrofera pads. We started on a Thursday and had to send pictures on Monday to his doctor. The doctor said there was a 50% increase in healing in just that short of time. It was absolutely amazing. If your on the fence because of the price dont be. You can cut the pads in smaller pieces if needed. These are definitely worth the price.

Not as described, hard, not soft foam
This is not a foam. It is hard like cardboard. According to the instructions in the box, it requires that you use saline or water. Maybe that will make it soft, but I can't risk getting an infection in my wound to follow their directions. I was expecting a soft blue foam like they used in the wound care clinic. This is not it.
