Works like magic
This may or may not work for everyone. I guess for small hernias, this works perfect and has both sides, We ordered L but XL fits better, so make sure you buy correct size.

Ok for temporary relief or to wait out your hernia surgery
Wore it for about a month daily for half day.Ok for temporary relief but the padding is thick and hard so at times it hurts (and I am not even doing any sports or exercise with it). It kind of pokes you in the groin, so unless your daily routine allows you to lie down for sometime every hour or so, you may have a tough time dealing with it.I feel that if I had to wear this over a long period of time it could aggravate the hernia. At best, I would recommend it for those seeking to just keep the hernia in place before going for surgery in the immediate future.If you wish to try to avoid surgery and just live with the hernia (or have hopes it will recede by itself), much better to use something like the Flat Pad Support (handmade in the UK, so fairly expensive and also NOT available on Amazon).Overall, the Tynor Hernia Belt is an ok product, especially considering the very honest price.

A very good buy for hernia protection and maybe even reducing the problem over a period of time.
It’s a very well designed product.Comfortable on wearing. It does not hurt anywhere. The foam design and the pockets to hold them are very convenient.One small thing to point out is that the size chart given in the product image site is not the same as that mentioned when you are choosing the size when ordering the product.In my experience the size mentioned to select from when you are ordering the product is not correct one as against mentioned in the chart shown in the photos of the product.Otherwise the product is of very good quality and stitched very well.I’ve used it for walking and cycling and was a very comfortable experience.

The item delivered is only OK... not brilliant. The Velcro was not as up to the brand TYNOR "German Quality)It also got wrinkled within one days of usage (approx 6 hrs).Edges are comparatively softer than other brands.For me, the leg straps are not very comfortable, and for prolonged use would cause much discomfort.... I will have to look for a new more appropriate Hernia Belt
