Does it work? Hard to say, but I recently bought a 4-dose pack for a lads trip to Spain. First night was a wild one - lots of beer, spirits, shots - and whilst not 100%, I woke up feeling surprisingly ok and ready to enjoy the sunshine. Least hungover I've felt after a wild night in years. I did combine with painkillers before bed, and berocca in the AM, but overall felt it made a difference. Put it this way, I came home and bought the 15 dose/30 capsule pack.

I have been purchasing these for some time through their company website but once I seen them on Amazon it was a no-brainer with next day delivery!! I can only speak for myself and my cohort of friends when I say that these actually work if taken as instructed. Don't get me wrong, there is still an element of tiredness if you have had a late night but no banging head, crampy stomach or sickness normally associated with over indulgence. I recently went on a four day hen weekend which required stamina and how I didn't suffer with a handover is a myrkl. Everyone's body is different and so experience will be different but of those I have shared these with or recommended them to - they have worked! Would not contemplate an alcoholic beverage without them now - give them a go!

Based on the days I have taken Myrkl, I do believe they have an impact when waking up the next day. I must stress I rarely get hangovers anyway because I eat a lot of food prior and during drinking. What is different with Myrkl is the fatigue isn’t there and I can wake up an hour or two earlier than usual with no serious effort. Worth using but not the cheapest supplement.

I was massively skeptical. 5 nights out taking these, zero hangover after each. Averaging about 4/5 pints a night when going out. Will update after a few more months

I’m honestly not 100% sure whether these actually work or not. I tend to use them on nights when I know I’m likely to drink more than intended, usually paired with a late night. Do they completely prevent a hangover? No — I still generally feel rough the next morning. To aid recovery, I also take a supermarket equivalent of Berocca, which probably helps as well. That said, I have felt worse on mornings when I haven’t taken these, so whether that’s a genuine effect or partly placebo, I’m not entirely sure. Either way, I do keep using them and will replace them once they run out. Middle score mainly because it’s very subjective and results will vary.

Had absolutely no positive effect - least of all with hangovers. I product tested it hard... Many times.

Excellent product

I don't often write reviews but I was genuinely surprised by these. Me and my friends went for an 80s weekender at Butlins and we took these thinking... Why not? And I usually wake up, shaking and feeling sick however I didn't each night. My friends also reported that they also felt really good after taking these too and agreed we will be buying these everytime we go drinking. We also took hydration drinks too to replace our electrolytes so I believe that helped too. We are all hangover free! Wonderful combination!!!

Hat wirklich gut gewirkt. Ich trinke sehr wenig (unter ein Bier in der Woche) und hatte Angst, dass ich zu meinem 40ten mit Freunden in Prag das Wochenende durchhänge. Ergebnis: 8 Bier und 5 Mojitos innerhalb eines Abends. Mir ging es sehr gut. Auch am nächsten Morgen. Nebenwirkungen bei mir waren aber kräftige Magenschmerzen und Durchfall am Morgen. Aber danach war alles super.

I take a couple of theses before I go out for a all night bender. They definitely help in the morning but don't think you can drive after having a skin full of Jack Daniels after taking them. Remember don't drink and drive, you might spill it!!
