I purchased this heating pad to use for migraines. Two days later it burned out and had to be thrown out. I will never buy another product from this company.

Nice heating pad while it lasted. Problem is it only lasted 3 days before malfunctioning and returned.Update. Customer service contacted me and offered to make things right on heating pad malfunction.Replaced with new one fee of charge. Replacement is working perfectly.

I got this for a leg problem but it works great for only 30 mins...then doesn't get hot enough or you can say there is no HEAT at all. So I emailed the seller and trying to get it replaced as they promised TWO YEAR WARRANTY. They told me I will be unable to feel the heat if my skin is as warm as the heating pad. Change a new place or turn on again after it cools down. It sounds ridiculous but I did as they said...You know what...It works! It seems that my feeling tricked me. They provided great service and were very kind when I had a concern regarding the product. Incredible customer service and good price. I am ordering another one for my mom.

Controller does not work. Plugged in, the setting is stuck on medium (does not allow to change to low or high) and heating pad does not heat up.Also there is no way this is machine washable as described. There is no way to separate the outer pad/covering from the electronic components.Manufacturer appears to be in China, and instructions are a completely lame attempt at providing helpful information in English.

This heating pad deserves 0 stars. I am very disappointed. Although it is super soft, large, and comfy I have had for 3 weeks, and it is flashing on Medium. It won’t turn off, or up, or get warm / hot.

I just received this heating pad and the first time that I used it, it stopped heating within 30 minutes. How frustrating it is when you are in pain and you get a brand new heating pad and after about 30 minutes you feel nothing. You then have to turn it off and then turn it back on, so it will heat up again.

I just got this unwrapped and it DOES NOT stay warm or hot.. I can't even feel it after 30 mins . Very displeased. Going to be returning .

This pad is soft, flexible, and heats up very quickly. My only complaint is that the heat is very inconsistent. It gets hot for a while, then turns off until I'm feeling quite cool again, then it turns back on. It seems like the different temperature settings aren't actually different temperature, but how much of the time the heat is on.I keep it tucked into the foot of my bed because I can't sleep with cold feet. I usually keep it on medium and just pull my feet away when it's too warm, then tuck them back down when they're too cool.It has a 2 hour auto off, so some nights I wake up too cold and have to turn it back on. I know it's not intended for this purpose, but my heated mattress pad was too warm for the rest of my body, so I needed a more concentrated option.
