I'm very confused here and need your assistance. I need to know which order is from the original NEW BALANCE. I purchase a pair and had to return being did not fit. The 2nd pair I ordered are excellent and help so much relieving my pain. Way to clean, safe to walk in pair I ordered are excellent and help so much relieving my pain. I just got these delivered yesterday, and needed to walk my dog so I figured I’d give them a try. I immediately noticed they are really lightweight, which I love and also they are really comfortable. They don’t squeeze your feet, they aren’t bulky and they are super easy to walk in. They started rubbing the backs of my ankles but that’s because I wasn’t wearing the right socks. They are really cute too. Recommend buying them!

I like the look and feel of these shoes but definitely do not feel they are appropriate for extended wear. The sole is thin and you can feel every rock you happen to walk on when outside. I would never wear these shoes for extended wear like for Disneyland or while traveling. Barely any arch support and lacks the firm support needed for day long walking.I had hoped to take these to Europe due to them being so light weight. After wearing them for a day around town though I know they won’t give me the support I need for extended sight seeing.THINGS I LIKE:1: light weight, no socks needed!2: roomy toe box, no pinching3: easy on and offWHAT I DO NOT LIKE1: no arch support2: no overall support (if you are prone to twisting your ankle this shoe will do nothing to protect you)3: shoe runs small, order half a size up4: thin sole that almost has a slipper feelEDIT: after wearing them a little longer I noticed they give me lower back pain when wearing them for walking around town for 1-2 hours. The lack of structural/arch support made me decide to downgrade my rating to 2-3 stars.

Love these. They're my go-to when I know I'm going to be on my feet all day. They're comfortable right out of the box and don't put pressure on my heel like many others do. Will repurchase when I wear these out.
