I was in huge dilemma whether to choose v garud pebble or one from AO Smith, i went ahead with v gaurd due to following reasons.*2 nice quality flexible metal pipes comes free with the package along with all the required accessories and fitting, you don't need to buy a single bolt from market.*The warranty is longer than on offer by AO Smith, the standard warranty , heater element warranty and tank each of them is longer than what is offered by AO Smith, Infact the warranty is class leading and challenges many other bigger brands*The installation is free in majority of cities of India and not just in metro cities like AO Smith, and they install it within 24-48 hours without any charges.*Availability and number of service centre is more than brands like AO Smith.Now about the pros of the machine; A well built machine with good quality plastlic and nice metallic (only in 3 colour options) paint finish on the centre panel, the device is 5 star rated and makes zero sound while operation, there is a sturdy knob given to adjust the desired temprature of water, the tank is also made up of high quality as it keeps the water hot for atleast 24-30 hours with no noticeable fall in water temperature and this is during the moderate climate of rainy season so i expect and quite sure that it will keep the water hot for atleast 18 hours in winters of North India so no need to turn on geyser again and again for small needs, you'll just need to keep it on during the routine morning/night hours as a result it is much more efficient than other offerings from bigger brands who offer only average built quality for budget range products, there are two indicators on the centre panel one for the mains and one for the heating, when the water temp reaches the limit set by user the heating indicator goes off indicating that heating process is completed and unit is cut off from the electricity.Only con i can think of is that it was priced bit higher(800 bucks) than the similar offering from AO Smith but the free installation, longer warranty period and free high quality fittings makes it more vfm than AO Smith anyday because you'll require to pay atleast 1000 bucks (labour and fittings) to AO Smith for installation if you are not residing in a metro.I was bit hesitant before making this purchase but i couldn't be more satisfied than this and hence i am writing this review so that whoever is confused can get some idea about real experience, I am not one of those who is patriotic while buying consumer durables but this time i have to say that this a international level quality product which is in all ways equivalent and in some ways better than the American brands, i recommend everyone to go ahead with this made in India product by an Indian company and help in the growth of local player.

Writing review after 3 months of usage. Works as expected. Takes 15-18 minutes to heat tye water. I am using it for hard water and no issues so far.

Excellent product. Installation was free, on-time and technician wrapped it up in 15 min. Works very well and water heats up quickly (~5min)

Product is good, only issue is it takes more time compared to other variants of v guard to heat 15l capacity.

Installed this few days ago. My experience so far has been good with the product giving hassle free service. I chose V Guard as it is a brand that has always maintained good standards and having used other products from them, I have never had a bad experience till date.

Product and all is good but the person charged for installation .it was given that installation is free

I always had trust in vguard brand and with that trust I blindly purchased this pebble in July 2020. After installation, with in 1 month geyser started giving trouble and stopped working. In one week I raised 4 complaints back to back. Each time technicians do something and make it work but never except it's a defective piece.No proper response from vguard pathetic support team as well.When I request for replacement as I have received a defective piece and vguard person response was rude and disconnected my call.I request you not to trust this brand any more.
