The Battery did NOT fit the phone!!! Complete waste of time and Money

Bought battery from same company before but never have one fails right out the box, my customer was very unhappy.can return battery since it is opened and installed, never again.

The battery was easy to install thanks to the tools provided with the battery but once I turned on the phone, the battery was only at 12% and died immediately after unlocking phone. I let it charge to 100% then used it as I normally would. The battery died within an hour. I may have received a defective or old battery and I'm very sad about it because now I have to have my phone connected to a charger 24/7 until I am able to purchase another battery :(
