Works really well drilling holes in wood

Unfortunately doesn't give a flat bottom hole for use with strengthening dowels in frames.Hole diameter is accurate.

On first look the drill box looked sturdy and well made and the drills are visible through tje clesr case and handling it I expected the box to open in the normal way but I was wrong.It took me a while to figure out what the plastic tab on the reverse and the engraved diagram meant. I finally figured out this tab had to be broken off and that allowed the box to swivel open. I havened used the drills yet but they looked good and I like the drills with spikes at the tip.

Despite product description specifying Made in Germany, this is actually Made in China. Quality feels rather cheap. Would not have purchased if it was correctly marketed.

A lovely clean cut & accurate

I needed a larger drill bit to allow a data cable to pass through a wooden joist and this did the job perfectly.It arrived quickly and was lovely and sharp.The price is excellent for a Bosch drill bit, what's not to like?I hope you find my review helpful.

Got this directly from Amazon for about £2. A bargain. The drill hole diameter is 13mm, but the shank (the bit that goes into the drill set) is only 10mm. This perfect on my Bosch cordless drill, which maxed out at 10mm drill bits.I used it on plasterboards, specifically for installing snaptoggles wall plugs. This drill bit is very precise. It makes a very clean cut on plasterboard with minimal effort. It goes through the plasterboard like butter. I am very pleased with this drill bit. If like me, you want to make a hole larger than what your current drill set can support, this is perfect for the job. An alternative would be to use those flat drill bit, which we all know to be less accurate and requires more effort.
