Luggable Loo and Privacy Tent Review
The media could not be loaded. 2 Great products for the great outdoors!Popup Privacy Tent and the Luggable Look Toilet Seat Cover Faswin Pop Up Pod Toilet Tent Privacy Shelter Tent Camping Shower Potable Outdoor Changing Room Dark Green Reliance Products Luggable Loo Seat Cover I was going camping out in the desert to a favorite riding place where there is absolutely nothing around to shield the body while doing your business. Did some research and had a small budget for spending and these two products were what I purchased. The Privacy tent was super light and easy to set up, set's up in minutes, literally like 2 minutes tops. The Luggable Loo toilet lid seat, which snaps on to 5 gallon buckets gives you a nice easy place to sit and relax while reading.First off the privacy tent was great. Camping with my 2 young girls and wife the privacy tent was secure enough to make them feel comfortable enough to do their business out in the great outdoors.I for one don't like having to hold myself up between two logs or rocks so the Luggable Loo toilet lid seat also came in handy for making the new portable restroom complete. When you are out in the open desert and all there is are creosote bushes, motorcycle and quad riders, you need something handy to complete the days business in private.Privacy and comfort is all I ask for, these two items did that job easily and quickly.Privacy Tent Pros:Easy to set up the privacy tent, pretty much just pops itself open.Comes with stakes in case you need to secure it to the ground if there is wind.Small and lightweight, takes up no room at all once folded and packed away.Privacy Tent Cons: No instructions to set up or take down. While setting up was a breeze, I had to go find a video to learn how to fold it before trying to do that on my own and tearing it to shreds.(I've included a short video on how to fold it in my video review)Luggable Loo Pros:Simple, yet effective. It's a toilet seat, let's face it I don't want to try to find a rock that is shaped right for me to sit on and do my duty. I want something comfortable and stable enough to sit and relax, maybe even read a little while I'm there. This thing does it. I purchased the Loo lid ONLY, as I had a 5 gallon paint bucket already.Luggable Loo Cons: Not much really, the only thing is the 5 gallon bucket takes up a bit of room in the back of the truck to transport, but that's about it.

Perfect for two reasons
Bought a 1900 house and it was obvious the plumbing would need care.As a backup, this lid is on a five-gallon bucket is lined with a plastic bag. A few. This way, use one. Tie off. To the trash. Next is ready to go.Came in handy when the plumber needed to auger the system.During covid closings a parent died across the country. My Jeep doesn't have a back seat because I need the extra space for the German Shepherd to be comfy. Plus, for project hauls from hardware stores, etc.Anyhow, this toilet system worked fantastic during the cross-country drive.Find a place away from main traffic but close to safety. The Jeep is big enough I can use it in the back or boondocking someplace. Which did happen on the same trip returning. Stopped to help a friend in the Tennesee wilderness.Anyhow, use the pot. Wrap the bag. Drop at the gas station while filling up.This saved a lot of time, too.In case you're wondering, for food. Dried products. Amazing Grass Superfood wheatgrass flavors. For caffeine use their Watermelon with caffeine built into the fruit.Usually bake high protein goodness. This one time, baked eggs with all sorts of ingredients. Wrapped in aluminum foil inside an organic tortilla.Turn the defroster on high. Pull a foil-wrapped tortilla from the portable fridge cooler. (bought this at Aldi but can find one here. Plug into the charging outlet while driving).Put the tortilla on the dash over the hot air. If you let it sit out to room temp it'll heat more evenly quickly.Tasty high protein meal anytime.Another trick, for milk and cereal while driving. Portable organic milk. Or, soy. Eat cereal. Drink milk. Or, vise verse.I save a few hours this way.Another recommendation, to run the dog use a frisbee. We buy Kong’s.In between trips and plumbing trials tho makes for a nice trash bucket. Or, dog poop clean upon the back yard. Use the bag to line. Dump weekly.Bet you weren't expecting all this under the heading toilet seat :)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

It does fit.!
I couldn't get mine to fit the Lowes 5 gal bucket and I thought oh no too late to send it back. Then I decided to try a Walmart 5 gal bucket and it fit perfectly. I think the lip on the Lowes bucket is too thick and the Walmart bucket is also more pliable. Recommend this brand.

Very useful item to have! Excellent for so many situations.
I like this bucket lid seat a lot. The only complaint I have is that the rear hinge is too soft for what it is asked to do. If you nudge yourself back a little too far, and fellas, you WILL move back on this seat to have any hope of having clearance in the front end, it will snap the lid off. Due to the excellent flexible plastic nothing breaks. Still annoying though!Other than that I love it.It fits extremely tight on almost all buckets I tried it on. Too tight really. However, for those who can't find a bucket to put this on just head over to Tractor Supply Company and grab one of their white food safe buckets. It drops on and off of those to the point that it almost falls off when you open the lid. Once you line the bucket with a trash bag it fits perfect. I use the 50 or 28 pack rose scented pink bags from Dollar Tree. Very economical, and I've never had a single bag with a leak or pinhole. Put a bag in the bucket, pop the lid on and do your duty. At this point remove the lid and tie the bag after squeezing as much air out as possible. Drop the sealed bag in the bottom of the bucket and line the thing with a new bag over top of the used sealed one. Pop the lid back on and it's ready for the next use!You can do this many times before the "bowl" formed by the bag becomes a bit shallow. At this point simply remove the seat lid and carry the bucket to the nearest trash. Tip all of the sealed tied up bags in and you're good to go.Easy, little smell, no litter required, and only 2 cents per "flush".You really can't go wrong!

Decent!
LIKE: Fits easily onto one of those 5gal pails you can find at most hardware stores (I used a RONA bucket). First, I put a garbage bag into the bucket and then clip the seat onto the bucket. Next, I add some pine shavings (the kind that are used for small pet cages), filling about 1/3 of the bucket with shavings. The shavings muffle your pee sounds and neutralize the smells. It felt sturdy enough to sit on (I am middle-aged and about 60lbs overweight). Great for camping, if you don't like using the outhouse at night. Was also great to have when my sewer line clogged and I waited for the plumber to come to fix it. DISLIKES: No complaints that are product related. I don't like doing my business in a bucket, but it's really nice to have when you have no other options.

Buen producto

Camp Toilet Seat and Lid
The lid is so tight on it that it does not stay open and lays on the back when you use the camp toilet. It does not stay on the bucket either. It's very hard to find the right sized bucket in this country. (Not the UK) I would give it 5 stars but the cold plastic lid on the back is a deal breaker and the plastic has a crack in it where the hinge part is. For the price it's a great deal but be careful of the lid.

Winter cottage saviour.
Bought this to use up at the cottage in the winter. In the -30 C temperatures we get up here in Ontario cottage country in the winter, we have to shut down our water system every fall. This handy thing makes it possible to go to the loo as a number two without running water. It was recommended by others here that the white Rona 18.9L plastic pail is the one that fits best, and I can attest that it surely is an excellent fit. The seat and lid snaps onto the bucket with ease, is secure and easy to remove. Any standard Canadian plastic shopping bag stretches over the rim easily prior to the seat being snapped in place. A layer of newspaper in the bag and you’re good to go on your potty voyage. The seat itself is a decent size for an adult male. I am 6 feet tall and 200 pounds and had no issues with this seat. Truly a lifesaver in dire situation’s.

funcional
