the video tutorial was actually a link to a dead youtube video, which was a bit disappointing. The cane itself worked well the first few times, but soon began to unravel when it extends, causing the top end to flop about. It takes a while to rewind it after that happens. Most of the time it works OK, but I wouldn't want to have to rely on it. I did use it as a convenient stick to fish a lady's gold wedding ring from a storm grate, so I guess its kinda paid for itself (in a karmic sense, if not a financial one).

NOT A TOY
This is not a kids toy. It will cut skin if not used with proper care. I love using this as part of my act. when used right you can shock people real well with this.

a bad experience
i ordered this item about two weeks ago and i received it in the mail yesterday and it was surprisingly fast for something coming from china and i was pretty excited to get it so early but when i opened the package instead of the silver metal appearing cane that i wanted, i got a metal card clip. so im going to contact their costumer support and hopefully we can get this fixed.
