do you know for sure if it is compatible with macbook air 2020??? recently I tried to connect a usb-c on my macbook air 2020 and it entered just 80%.

I’m using mine on a MacBook Pro from 2021 which has the M1 chip. I cannot say for certain that it will work on your Mac. I also have a MacBook Air from 2019 in the household that uses a wireless mouse that works very well, perhaps that would be an alternative solution for you.

I haven't tried on MacBook Air but I believe so. My wife is using this mouse on MacBookPro 15.4" 2018 and iMac 27" 2020. It works fine for both.
