It has multiple structures to prevent leakage which I never seen one in the American pads. It's thick and stiff as it's for heavy night use, but I can always sleep in the peace with this pad. Great for those who doesn't like using tampon for sleeping.

過多月経に悩まされている者としては給血力はもちろん、お尻がかぶれないナプキンが欲しかったので注文。早速、月のものがきたのでつけましたが、過多月経の人でも一日目と終わりかけならこれで大丈夫の安心感です。特に、後ろ漏れしにくいのは立ち仕事等でなかなかお手洗いにいけない人には有難い品だと思います。一日目を乗りきれたわ！ありがとうを込めて星５つ。
