Unfortunately after a week of absolute nightmares from Yodel... four attempts to deliver, numerous phone calls to complain...when it did finally arrive it's damaged...no response from supplier.very disappointing. strongly advise avoid anything that is going to be delivered by Yodel.

SOLD AS WATERPROOF but the instructions warn NOT TO BE USED OUTSIDE ? waterproof is IP65 RATED not IPX4 product quality is ok cable doesn't reach from lamp head to floor once stand fully extended can be wall mounted but not outside according to the instruction book which also states only for indoor use

Using this product during the Covid-19 pandemic to heat up my gazebo on the patio when the rule of 6 applied. The product is good because it is electric and hence no greenhouse gases emitted (directly at least). As long as you have sides to your gazebo then this heater will be fine. Without the sides - well a lot of the heat dissipates but that is not the heater's fault really. The heater was easy to assemble and does the job - but just don't expect massive heat - especially in autumn and winter.

Well designed. The base is very wide, instead of just heavy. That makes it stable, but easy to lift quickly and put away. It’s splash proof not waterproof so you would not want to leave it outside permanently. Good heat, but not super powerful. To sit outdoors on a sub 8 degree centigrade evening, you might want to get two of these to radiate at you from both sides. Shame about the polystyrene packaging. That’s really not necessary these days folded card can do the protection job even for large screen TVs. So that’s why I gave it four stars instead of five. If they fixed the packaging I would def give it five stars because it’s a good piece of kit for the price. Lockdown autumn Hygge evenings sorted.

Works well to hear person but plug also gets very very hot which feels a little unsafe. Melted one of my outside plugs but I assume that’s my fault for not checking the load capacity of that plug or at least that is what they would say!

The instruction are poor. I could not assemble the heater because a retaining nut for the upright pole was missing. I should have been moulded into the base. I managed a workaround. But I'm disappointed with the quality

Arrived on time. Thanks. Nice heavy circular base so it should be very stable. Works fine. Easy to put together although the instructions could be clearer on second thoughts I never use instructions so it was no issue. The screws on the cable grips shouldn't be screwed in as I managed to scratch the nice finish.How can i give a star rating on "heat output"? It says on the box up to 2KW.star rating for"thickness"????

The Producted arrived within the time stated, although Yodel did not say they were delivering today.Checked & confirmed all parts were there. Assembled and switched it on but NOT WORKING, Checked the fuse & ensured no loose wire but they are OK.Sent an email to the Sellers & it says they will revert within next few days. SO disappointed as the Product looks fine but it DOES NOT WORK ! Will keep customers updated how the FiNeWaYs respond & how good their Customer Services; Will be happy to have a replacement working heater or money back.
