Perfect fit!
I ordered these fuses for my electronics like DVD and CD players. My DVD player (2 years old) wouldn't turn on after my power was restored after a storm. Most people would have just thrown the DVD player away. Not me. I opened the DVD unit up, and like any small electronic device, it has a a 250V slow blow fuse to protect it from frying when there is a power surge. I pulled the fuse and checked it with my multimeter for continuity, and the fuse was bad. I ordered these fuses and installed one into my DVD player and it fired right up after plugging it back into the power grid. These fuses were a perfect match. The price was right too!

Works better than OEM
Solid looking filament that seems to be working at least as well if not better than what came with my equipment. Nice and cheap with plenty of extras just in case. Make sure you get the right size.

Hard to find fuses
It was easy to identify these hard to find fuses with the information provided on the Amazon website. I only needed one but the price for 10 was acceptable.

Fuse was exactly as described
I was happy to receive the correct as-described fuses from CompStudio. The fuses work fine. This was after a different seller substituted the wrong fuse on two earlier orders.

Slow Blow Was Needed
I had a fuse blow on my RV range hood. I purchased the regular fuse initially and it blew almost immediately. The slow blow fuse makes all the difference for my application.

Looks different but same rating/function
Although the fuses I received were not spiral wound around a white core, they are indeed Time Delay fuses.Time Delay fuses are made in different ways to withstand a short surge of current but to blow when current above the rating, in this case 3.15 A, is sustained. Some look just like a fast blow fuse with a wire between the end caps. Some have a flat ribbon between the end caps. Some have a flat ribbon with a narrow section in the middle. Some are spiral would on an insulating core as is shown in the picture for these fuses. When designed properly, they all function similarly. In this case the photo in the listing shows a spiral wound wire on a white insulating core, but the fuses that I received had a straight wire so that they look like a fast blow fuse. However, the end cap is clearly engraved with T3.15AL250V, meaning that this is a T=Time delay fuse rated for 3.15A with a L=Low breaking capacity and use in circuits up to 250V. Low breaking capacity means that the fuse is rated to not physically break (e.g. arc, break, burn) at currents up to 35 A (10x the rating or 35A, whichever is higher). Not all fuses contain the breaking capacity marking, which is commonly L for Low or H for High for these small tubular fuses.I used this fuse to replace a T3.15A250V (no breaking capacity marking on the original fuse). It works fine even though my original fuse was spiral wound and this replacement is straight wire.I would buy again and recommend for anyone needing a T3.15AL250V glass tubular fuse that is 5 mm dia by 20 mm long.

No use to man or beast
Bought these after the fuse in my travel charger blew. Not only did they not work, despite being the ones needed, but the fuse for my car's cigarette lighter was blown, so I had to get a new 7.5 amp fuse for that too!!!!
