Pro-Down Extra Point Tee (2-Inch)

Bought this for my son to practice kicking field goals. He can kick a 40 yard field goal and is in the 9th grade. :) Works great and is made well. I do recommend this to others.

This tee is made of very heavy duty material. If you've never used a platform tee while kicking, it can take some getting used to. Especially when using a high profile 2-inch tee. But this allows for you to easily kick very low on the ball, allowing you to get the desired height on your kicks. It may take some time to determine where on the surface of the tee you'd like the football placed in order for you to make the best contact with the ball. But when you find what works best for you, the tee really shines. In addition to kicking higher, this tee also allows you to drive through the ball very well, maximizing your distance. If you're not accustomed to this type of platform tee, a lower profile tee might be a little easier to begin with. It's easy to make contact with the tee, while kicking, if you're not experienced with using something like this. The surface of the the tee does a great job gripping the bottom of the ball well for quick placement onto the tee. The large, forgiving surface area of the tee also allows for quick placement. If you have a passion for place kicking, this is a fun tool to use in order to take your talents to the next level. I'd recommend giving it a try.

I use it at youth football practices. It is durable. I can toss it off the field and not worry about it breaking. It can be hard to find late in the evenings after being thrown to the sidelines but I'd purchase it again.
