It Works!!!
I had elbow surgery almost a year ago to relieve a pinched nerve that caused my pinky to be very weak. I did physical therapy and various rehab work, but it was still kind of weak. I bought this mechanism because it strengthens the fingers as you pull your fingers back. There are numerous gadgets that help tighten your grip, this strengthens the opposing muscles that get neglected. Don't let the tiny bands fool you. I thought it would be a piece of cake, but after 6 or 7 reps my tendons and fingers got very tired. This is a great workout. The layout of it, the contours, the adjustable Velcro wrist strips all work well. I would recommend it for any kind of finger strengthening.

Keeps breaking, poor quality
This exerciser is a great idea but poor workmanship and materials can't make up for it. The finger loops keep breaking. The company sold me more finger loops to repair broken ones but that didn't stop the new finger loops from ripping a part too. Ended up throwing it out. Don't waster your money.

Helps relieve the pain associated with carpal tunnel
I have carpal tunnel in both hands and I was looking for a way to exercise them to make them more flexible. I also like to knit and crochet and I needed something to help me with pain associated with these activities. The exerciser works well, but, be careful assembling it because there is a chance that the bands might break. All in all I would recommend this gadget.

What a difference
What a difference this thing has made. I can see more definition in my forearms, and I feel stronger and have better dexterity. I can type faster, game better, get fatigued less. I love this. I do wish it fit a little better but that is more about my hands than them. Get one though it is great.

does what it says
I purchased this to help with carpel-tunnel and after just a few days of using it my hand isn't in pain constantly anymore and it definitely feels stronger. Worked way better and faster than I expected.Con: the grey rubber finger things break so probably order a few replacements just in-case

NOT For Large Hands or Lean Wallets
I read some reviews about how this Exerciser may help with Carpal Tunnel pain and decided to spend the money. I followed the instructions to the "T" and am now sharing my own personal views and experience. If you have large hands (meaning wide and long fingers) this device is not for you. The rubber straps are really made for folks with shorter fingers and will snap after a dozen uses or so. The part that fits in the palm is also small and tight for me and the Velcro strap barely fits around my wrist. My hands are large but not giant (I can "palm" a basketball 1 out of 10 times). The straps will have to be replaced often in my case and I'm just not willing to do that and would rather obtain another exercise device that will handle the larger hands and wrists without constantly breaking "down." Bah, Humbug. This thing made me grouchy and I'm not normally that way. A small disclosure to anyone with large hands would have been appreciated.

Works ok but finger bands break easy
It works ok for me the finger bands break easy. I got it the other day use it a few times and the bands are starting to break had one break on me the other day. You would think they would last longer but nope.I would have to say save your money or pay the extra money to get a better one that would last longer.
