So far so good it says unflavored so what that means is there’s no additional flavor to cover up the natural flavor of these amino acids. It has a bitterness to it. I put it in about 8 ounces of water with a little bit of Baja gold mineral salt, & the tiniest bit of Metamucil sugar-free Stevia psyllium fiber that is orange-flavored to knock out some of that horrendous bitterness, shake it all up & gulp it down really fast. then chase it with 12 ounces of water before I go to the gym. I like that it does not have a ton of additives and it lists on the ingredients that these nine amino acids are freeform base. This is the cleanest amino acid that I’ve been able to find my fiancé has the other popular brand that starts with a T. We both like our picks. But mine specifically saying freeform on it I believe that mine might have a little bit of an edge, but I’ll do my research you do yours.

I was torn between this product and another one that has a berry flavor. It is my fault that I didnt realize or fully process the fact that this is unflavored. I also didn’t read the reviews. I wanted a way to take aminos that did not involve a protein shake. Just wanted something I could put in water. I have tried several different ways of taking this and each way is foul. Put it in a flavored shake with frozen fruit, gross. Orange juice gross. Of course it’s non refundable. I will not buy this again. I will buy the berry flavored one next time. I cannot speak to the benefits because I’ve only taken it 3 times. I dread taking it.

The taste is bad. I just add lemon to the water and it’s fine. Blood work showed that protein levels improved after adding these to my routine.

Yes, this delivers the aminos! The description is correct, it is unflavored. However, it has a very metallic taste AND it smell like vomit. I suggest mixing it in something that has a strong flavor to compensate.

Don’t care for the taste. To be unflavored it has a bad flavor to it.
