I bought this bottle opener to attach to a wooden beer tote I built for my dad's 60th birthday. The Starr brand is well known and the black powder coating looks really sharp. Other bottle opener brands include silver screws with black bottle opener, but Starr includes powder coated screws to match the color of their openers. The finished beer tote looks great with this opener added.

It opens bottled drinks. I can attach my favorite cap, showing my favorite brew. I appreciate the screws being the same color too!** I had remove the rubber inside the bottle cap, and scuff up where the cap meets the opener for it to hold **

These are very nice looking openers and we've bought several and installed them in our different homes. You do need to make sure that the bottle is fully inserted and square in the opener or it will slip out with the cap still on. Wish they were a little more forgiving but would still buy them for their quality look and finish.

Mounting this is easy and the construction is quality. I would recommend buying a metal basket to hand underneath it.

It opens beer. What could be better than that. Only improvement woudl be if it would refill the beer as well.
