I have plantar Fasciitis and got this after recommendation from the doctor. Using this has definitely helped me with the pain.I read a few bad reviews and was sceptical at first. But the silicone pads should be used as well as proper care and physiotherapy should also be taken. The product is really good. I recommend it

Great help in reducing heel pain
The heel pads are really comfortable, they fit very well in my shoes and sandals. They provide proper cushioning for the heel and walking has become much easier. I have hope that the heel pain will gradually disappear!

Too thin heels no glue
I was expecting it to be bit thicker to give cushion effect. But this has 3mm thickness in the center. And glue is almost nill. The heel slide and move after little walk.

Not for Heel relief
These are not comfortable and sticks to all shoes. It was still paining a lot after using these. Not recommended
