HONEST REVIEW
The book can be summed up as follows:1. It mentioned daily routine of lots of people.2. Those People are not that famous; housewives, managers, writers etc3. Book give different perspectives of same idea like "meditation" from the mouth of various people.4. Book becomes bit boring when you realise you will just read the interviews of other people, most of which are very general stuff which you already know.I would give this book above average rating, not that special.P.S.: If you want to set up new habits like wake up and sleep timings then this book will be really helpful for you.

The numerous interviews of people famous, not-so-famous, professionals, executives and entrepreneurs allowed me to choose the best of all the worlds and utilise them for my morning routines.The book is written in simple language and is really good read for anyone that wants to have a more effective day - whatever time that day may start!

Easy to understand and surprisingly effective
One doesn't expect to read a book and get its life changed but surprisingly this book did to me. Its written very well and the stories mentioned are inspiring indeed it helps one to understand how one can really plan its daily schedule to get the maximum.

This book is a nice read and shares other people's routines to device our own. It helped me to devise my morning routine which I planned to do it for a long time. Worthy read.

Good, but sounds a lot like this:

After that I'll hobble to the bathroom and apply an almond oil to my entire organism.After that I'll check my email and call up my useless assistant to give her a good bollocking. This acts as my meditation practice and sets up me up for the rest of the day.Reversal:There is no reversal, I can't help being a Douchebag.

Interesting but not much use.
Th book has lots of different people telling you their morning routine, these people are successful to some degree or another, they tell you they get up early and don’t waste their mornings in bed. But if you read this book you will still lay in bed in the mornings, it’s not magic, it’s just people bragging that they are early risers. It is possible to take some ideas from the book, so it’s worth reading but don’t expect miracles.

Ok. A bit repetitive. Get up early. Read, meditate and do exercise and eat breakfast. There you go.

Excellent book, inspired me to create a new routine that's stuck
Loved this book - I read it in a few days and it's had a really positive effect on me. I have tried many times to stick to a good morning routine and always failed, but since reading this book I have now had a steady routine for two months. I now look forward to getting up in the morning and feel ten times more productive. I can't recommend this book enough!

Good for ideas
Good ideas on things to try out. I think all the interviews are available online though...... This is just a collection of existing articles.
