A little expensive but if you’re looking to try something different this is good. I wasn’t sure about this at first. I figured it was worth trying. I’m glad I did. Taste great , surprisingly tender, packed and shipped well . Will buy more . Maybe try Elk next.

Fantastic bison steak! Extra thick is the only way to go. Much easier to grill to the perfect temperature with less risk of over cooking.

Excellent flavor & trimming, with just enough fat left to ensure perfect grilling. Each Steak serves two people in our house, with enough left over for morning steak strips with eggs & home fries. Revised opinion with 2nd order. Not worth trying, very tough .

This was a bday present from my wife. These steaks are simply fabulous. 15min on one side/ ten on the other. Medium rare juicy full of flavor. I could go on but I’ll give it a rest. Outstanding!

Husband and hunting buddies enjoyed these steaks this weekend - said they were the best ever eaten.
